Dr. G. Srinivasan served as Director, Prestige Institute of Management Dewas (MP) between 2005 - 2007, and was involved in high-level institutional building and developmental activities. As Director of a top B-School, he was involved in high level policy making, and institute-industry linkage activities. After a two year lien he joined back NITIE as a Professor. As a senior level Professor in National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), a top level Management Institute of the country (consistently ranked at No.4 in the country), he served as the Group Coordinator (Area Head) of the General Management Group for seven years. During the tenure in NITIE he handled top level administrative assignments such as Chairman-Standing Committee on Purchases, Member of Moderation Committee, PGP Committee and Discipline Committees and Academic Council etc. In NITIE he handled papers in areas of finance for the PGP and Fellowship Programmes. He has consistently been rated as an excellent teacher. He has conducted about 200 Management Development Programmes and In-company programmes, as a course leader as well as faculty, in different areas of Finance and General Management. After his retirement from NITIE, he was reappointed as Professor - NITIE for a 3 year term. He has close to 50 years of teaching, training and research experience.
Krishna Kumar is a mechanical engineer from REC (now NIT) Calicut. He completed his post graduation in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 25 years of work experience in India, the Middle East and Africa. He has handled assignments involving sales, marketing, retailing, exports and sourcing. His strengths are conceptualization and implementation of operating systems and processes. Currently he is pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, UK. His research interests are in the area of management and reduction of electrical and electronic waste.
Lekshmi holds a Post Graduation in Management (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (2007), M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (2001) and B.Sc. (Agriculture) from Kerala Agricultural University (1999). She has more than 12 years of cross functional professional experience in retail, flooring and fast food businesses in India and Russia. She has worked in Operations, General Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Space Planning and Floor Design functions across geographies and was Deputy General Manager with pan-India responsibilities in the organized retail wing of a reputed Indian conglomerate.
Dipu B. holds a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from Anna University. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research in the area of Organizational Commitment from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
A person with a keen interest in the latest trends in technology, he has over 3 years of academic experience in the area of Information systems.
Hari Krishnan M. R. holds a B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from CUSAT and MBA from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He has over 5 years of industry and entrepreneurial experience . His industry experience has been with Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. as Area Manager , heading sales of South Kerala and N R Switches and Radio Services Pvt. Ltd. He has handled assignments on Marketing, Sales, Channel management, Quality and Operations in Bajaj Auto Finance in Tamilnadu and Kerala.
